This is what your journey to success looks like
You will begin your career at Aperam in a stable position, thanks to an immediate permanent contract. From day one,
you will dive into an engaging onboarding program that will introduce you to our organization, products, customers,
production facilities, and vibrant company culture.
In no time, you will gain a complete overview of the opportunities at Aperam Genk.

You will graduate in the academic year 2024 – 2025, have recently graduated or have a few years of work experience.
You are a problem-solver, focusing on finding the fastest, most efficient solution.
You are a strong team player and value collaboration.

You are proficient in English and Dutch (or eager to learn). Knowledge of French is a plus.
​
You have a Master's degree in Engineering/Economics: Electro-mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Material science, Chemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, Agriculture, Computer science, Architecture, Civil engineering, Industrial engineering or Business engineering/Economics
You like challenges.
You are flexible.
You are a good communicator, able to convey ideas effectively.
You have analytical skills and can easily keep an overview and can break a project or situation into different aspects.
